C.L. Shepherd shares his testimony about growing up in extreme poverty without a relationship or knowledge of his father. With his experience of Christianity being represented by an indifferent church he sunk into suicidal despair and it was there that he found God’s great salvation. Through discipleship with Fellowship of Christian Athletes, summer camps, and a college scholarship, Shep eventually advanced to the NFL and uses his testimony to continue to glorify God.
